All products are described as accurately as possible. However:

• Minor differences do not constitute a defect
Product types:
• Original paintings are unique, one-of-a-kind works
• Fine art prints are limited editions, hand-signed and numbered
• Card sets are open editions
Amarins Lyklema reserves the right to modify product details, pricing, or availability at any time.

3. Prices & Payments
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Payments must be completed in full before an order is processed.
Accepted payment methods:
• Credit and debit cards
• PayPal
• iDEAL
• Bancontact / Sofort
• Bank transfer (upon request)
Any additional costs (such as currency conversion fees) are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped worldwide from the Netherlands via PostNL or UPS.
• Prints are produced to order — please allow 2–5 business days before dispatch
• A tracking link will be provided where available
Estimated delivery times:
• Netherlands: 1–3 business days
• EU: 4–10 business days
• UK / Switzerland: 5–12 business days
• USA / other: 7–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Orders outside the EU are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place).
Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Amarins Lyklema is not responsible for delays caused by customs or external carriers.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.

6. Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return:
• The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery
• The item must be returned within 14 days after notification
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer is responsible for the item until it has been safely received.
Tracked shipping is strongly recommended.
Refunds:
• Will be processed within 7 business days after inspection
• Include the product price and original standard shipping costs (EU requirement)
• Will be issued via the original payment method

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
• Contact within 7 days of delivery
• Provide clear photographs of the product and packaging
A replacement or refund will be provided where appropriate.

The seller remains responsible for the order until it has been delivered to the customer.
If a shipment is lost in transit, Amarins Lyklema will initiate an investigation with the carrier and provide an appropriate solution.

All artworks, designs, and images are the intellectual property of Amarins Lyklema and are protected by copyright law.
Purchasing an artwork or print does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
