1. General Information

This website is operated by Amarins Lyklema. By placing an order through this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

All artworks, fine art prints, and products available on this site are created and sold by Amarins Lyklema.

2. Products

Each product is described as accurately as possible. Slight color variations may occur due to monitor differences or printing processes.

Original paintings are unique, one-of-a-kind works.
Fine art prints are limited editions, hand-signed and numbered.
Card sets are open editions.

Amarins Lyklema reserves the right to modify product details or availability at any time.

3. Prices & Payments

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

Accepted payment methods:

• Credit and debit cards (via Stripe)
• PayPal
• iDEAL (for Dutch customers)
• Bancontact / Sofort (for Belgium)
• Bank transfer

The customer is responsible for any additional fees or conversion rates applied by their payment provider.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped worldwide from the Netherlands via MyParcel (PostNL / UPS).

• Prints are made to order — please allow up to 5 business days before dispatch.
• Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking email (where available).
• Delivery times vary by destination:
• Netherlands: 1–3 business days
• EU: 5–10 business days
• UK / Switzerland: 7–14 business days
• USA / Australia / other: 10–21 business days

All orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place) — this means import duties, taxes, or customs fees outside the EU are not included and must be paid by the buyer upon delivery.

Amarins Lyklema is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other external factors.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Because each fine art print is produced to order and carefully inspected before shipping, returns are generally not accepted.

Exceptions:

• If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
• If the item is returned in its original condition, a replacement or refund may be arranged.

Return shipping costs are not covered by Amarins Lyklema, unless agreed otherwise.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns — please use a tracked shipping method.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

All packages are shipped with tracking where possible. Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, Amarins Lyklema cannot be held liable for loss or delays beyond our control.

However, if your order appears to be missing, contact us — we’ll help to the best of our ability to resolve the issue with the carrier.

7. Intellectual Property

All artworks, designs, and images on this website are the intellectual property of Amarins Lyklema and are protected by copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without prior written consent.

8. Privacy & Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used only to fulfill orders, manage customer relationships, and improve your shopping experience.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in Zwolle, The Netherlands.
