Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
• The request must be made within 14 days of delivery
• The item must be returned within 14 days after notification
The print must be:
• In original condition
• Unused
• In its original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
You are responsible for the safe return of the artwork until it has been received.

Refunds
Once the return has been received and carefully inspected:
• You will be notified by email
• Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days
Refunds include:
• The purchase price
• Original standard shipping costs (EU requirement)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of:
• The artwork
• The packaging
A replacement or full refund will be arranged promptly.

In the rare case of loss during transit, I will initiate an investigation with the carrier and ensure an appropriate resolution.
