Processing Times
All prints and Art-Cards are made to order. Please allow up to 5 business days for your print or card set to be processed before shipment.
Shipping Times & Methods
• Shipments are made from the Netherlands via MyParcel (using PostNL or UPS depending on destination).
• Once a shipment is created, a Track & Trace code is automatically generated.
• For international mailbox packages (or small packages), “tracked” shipping can be selected via MyParcel if supported in your contract.
• Customers will receive an email with the Track & Trace link leading to a personalized MyParcel tracking page.
Estimated delivery times:
• Netherlands: 1–3 business days (PostNL)
• EU countries: 4–10 business days (PostNL or international partners)
• United Kingdom, Switzerland: 5–12 business days
• United States & Canada: 7–15 business days (UPS)
• Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
• Other countries: Please contact me if you can’t find your country so I can create a new shipping location for you.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs or local postal services.
Recipient Confirmation (Receipt Code)
• For PostNL shipments made via MyParcel, you can enable a “receipt code” which will be sent via email or SMS to the recipient.
• This code must be confirmed upon delivery to verify that the package has been delivered to the correct person/address.
International Customs & Duties
• All orders outside the EU are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place) — the buyer is responsible for import taxes, VAT, or customs fees.
Payment Methods
All payments on this website are processed securely through Mollie and PayPal, trusted international providers.
You can choose from the following options:
• iDEAL – for customers in the Netherlands.
• Bancontact / SOFORT – for customers in Belgium and Germany.
• Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) – accepted worldwide.
• PayPal – secure global payments with or without an account.
• ApplePay – secure global payments.
• Bank Transfer – available upon request for collectors or commissioned works.
All transactions are encrypted and handled externally by our payment partners.
Your payment details are never stored on this website.

Returns & Refund Policy
• If a print arrives damaged, contact me within 7 days with photos.
• Returns of undamaged items are accepted within 14 days, but:
• The item must be returned in the same packaging.
• Return shipping costs are not refunded, you pay for return shipment.
• I am not liable for any loss or damage during return shipping.
• Due to the fragile nature of art prints, please return carefully.
Refunds
• After I receive and inspect a return, you will be notified by email.
• If approved, refund (minus original shipping) is processed within 7 business days.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
• Once the parcel leaves my hands (handed to MyParcel / carrier), I am not responsible for loss or delay.
• I will assist in contacting the carrier if a package seems lost.
